Exterior Services

1. Exterior Detail - $175

Description: Our exterior detailing package uses high-quality products to thoroughly clean and protect your vehicle, ensuring every detail is addressed with expert care. From pre-wash to undercarriage cleaning, paint decontamination, and tire dressing, we deliver long-lasting protection and a flawless finish, leaving your vehicle looking its best while safeguarding it from the elements.

Benefits: Revitalizes your vehicle's appearance, protects the paint from buildup, and ensures a streak-free finish while enhancing longevity.

Estimated Duration: 2.5 hours.

Note: Ideal for maintaining the exterior of your vehicle, providing a foundation for additional protective treatments.

Services Included in Exterior Detail:

Pre-Wash: We apply a pH-neutral, rinseless wash solution to break down dirt and grime, preparing your vehicle for an efficient wash.

Wheel/Tire Clean: We use a non-acid cleaner and soft brushes to thoroughly clean and restore the shine of your wheels and tires.

Undercarriage Wash: We clean the undercarriage to remove built-up dirt, salt, and road grime, preventing long-term damage.

Hand Wash: Using a two-bucket method and microfiber mitts, we carefully hand wash your vehicle to ensure a scratch-free, thorough clean.

Paint Decontamination: We apply chemical and mechanical methods to remove embedded contaminants, restoring smoothness and prepping the surface for protection.

Clay Bar: Extracts bonded contaminants from paint, glass, fiberglass, and wheels.

  • Note: Not recommended for graphene or ceramic-coated vehicles.

Drying: Air-dried with a blower and finished with microfiber towels to prevent water spots and ensure a streak-free result.

Wax: Adds a protective, high-gloss layer to shield the paint from environmental contaminants.

Glass Treatment: Cleans and polishes windows and windshields for clarity.

Tire Dressing: Applies an eco-friendly, water-based dressing for a fresh, finished look.

Description: A one-step paint correction process designed to remove light to moderate swirl marks, light scratches, and surface imperfections.

Benefits: Restores gloss and clarity to the paint, achieving a showroom-quality finish.

Note: Best for addressing minor paint imperfections and preparing the surface for ceramic coating.

Disclaimer: While our one-step paint correction improves your vehicle's appearance, deep scratches or severe imperfections may not be fully eliminated.

3. Trim Restoration - $25

Description: Restores faded and discolored trim to its original appearance with specialized products.

4. Headlight Restoration - $100

2. Gold Package - $600

Description: Combines the Silver Package with Paint Correction for enhanced exterior restoration.

Benefits: Provides a deeper level of exterior care while maintaining a fresh interior.

Note: Ideal for vehicles requiring light paint correction and thorough cleaning.

Terms & Conditions

1. "Hero Discount"

a) Eligibility: Active military, honorable veterans, first responders (Firefighters, Policemen, EMS), and Correctional Officers.
b) Discount Offered: A 5% discount is applied to every purchase. Active military members receive a discount throughout their entire period of service. Military discount codes are single-use only. All other eligible customers receive reusable discount codes that are valid indefinitely.
c) Verification: SSC must verify eligible customers before the code is awarded, either in person or via email at customerservice@snyderssqueakyclean.com.
d) Discount Code Issuance: Upon verification, eligible customers will receive a unique discount code to be applied at checkout.
e) Code Usage: Discount codes may be shared with immediate family members only and are limited for use on no more than 4 vehicles in total.
f) Stacking Discounts: The "Hero Discount" may be used with other promotional codes.
g) Thank You: "From one Combat-Veteran to all those who serve—whether in the military, as first responders, or in any other capacity—I deeply appreciate each of you. Your are all heroes, and your dedication and sacrifices do not go unnoticed. Thank you for all that you do."

2. Services Provided

a) Snyder’s Squeaky Clean agrees to provide mobile auto detailing services as outlined in the service package selected by the customer. All services will be performed at the customer's specified location unless otherwise arranged.

3. Customer Obligations

a) Vehicle Accessibility: The customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and positioned in an area where detailing can be safely performed. For contactless service requests, vehicles must be unlocked and accessible upon arrival.

4. Appointment Scheduling

a) Time Estimates: Due to the unique complexities and challenges of each job, it can be difficult to precisely estimate the duration of each service. Estimated service duration is provided as a courtesy and may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, service package, weather changes, and other unforeseen circumstances.

b) Same-Day Appointments: For same-day services and appointment requests within 24 hours, customers must contact us directly via phone to ensure availability and facilitate prompt service coordination.

5. Photographic Evidence

a) To maintain quality assurance and liability protection, Snyder’s Squeaky Clean may take photographs of the vehicle before, during and after service. These photos are for internal documentation and, if necessary, may be used to resolve disputes regarding the vehicle's condition.

6. Environmental Disclaimer

a) Snyder’s Squeaky Clean is committed to environmentally friendly practices. However, by agreeing to these terms, the customer acknowledges that certain cleaning agents may temporarily affect the immediate area around the service site. We take all reasonable precautions to minimize environmental impact.

7. Right to Refuse Service

a) Snyder’s Squeaky Clean reserves the right to refuse service if vehicle conditions or the location are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for detailing. Refusal may also apply if the customer fails to meet outlined obligations, such as vehicle accessibility.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

a) Company-Initiated Cancellations:

  1. SSC reserves the right to cancel any scheduled appointment.

  2. If SSC cancels an appointment, a 5% discount will be applied to the next service (excluding weather-related cancellations).

  3. SSC will notify the customer as soon as possible using the contact information provided at booking.

b) Adverse Weather Conditions:

  1. Rescheduling for Safety: If adverse weather conditions (e.g., rain, storms) could impact service quality or safety, SSC may reschedule the appointment and will promptly contact the customer to arrange a new date.

  2. Cold Weather: If the temperature falls below 50°F, the appointment may be rescheduled to ensure quality and safety.

  3. No Discount for Weather-Related Rescheduling.

c) Customer-Initiated Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  1. Advance Notice Requirement: Customers must notify SSC at least 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

  2. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within less than 12 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

  3. Frequent Cancellations: SSC reserves the right to decline future bookings for customers with multiple last-minute cancellations.

9. Missed Appointments

a) Non-Contactless Service No-Show: A $25 no-show fee applies if the customer fails to show up without prior cancellation.

b) Locked Vehicle for Interior Detailing: If a scheduled interior detailing service cannot be performed due to a locked vehicle with no prior arrangements, a $25 fee applies, and the service must be rescheduled.

c) Inaccessible Location: If SSC cannot access the location due to blocked driveways, no parking, or inadequate lighting, a rescheduling or no-show fee will be applied.

d) Failure to Remove Personal Belongings: If personal items obstruct the detailing process, a rescheduling fee will apply.

e) Uncooperative or Abusive Behavior: SSC may terminate services if a customer is uncooperative or abusive. Charges will apply for work started.

f) 15-Minute Wait Policy: If the customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a $25 late fee will apply, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

10. Force Majeure

a) Snyder’s Squeaky Clean is not responsible for service delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, severe weather). Affected appointments will be rescheduled.

11. Payment

a) Payment is due before the detailing job unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment: credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

12. Satisfaction Guarantee

a) Customers must notify SSC within 24 hours of service completion for any concerns. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly.

13. Governing Law

a) This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the service is performed.

14. Amendments to Terms

a) SSC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of updated terms.

15. Legal Binding Agreement

a) By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges these Terms & Conditions are legally binding.

Disclaimer

1. Liability Disclaimer

a) Accidental Damage: SSC is not responsible for accidental damage, including pre-existing damage, fragile vehicle components (e.g., antennas, mirrors), or improper previous repairs.

b) Third-Party Products: SSC is not responsible for damages from third-party cleaning products.

c) Pre-Existing Damage: Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage before service.

2. Damage Waiver for Personal Items

a) SSC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

b) Customers should remove valuables before service.

3. Iron Decontamination Service

a) Only performed when temperatures are below 75°F and conditions are overcast.

b) SSC is not liable for staining or discoloration caused by iron remover.

c) Customers are encouraged to read https://snyderssqueakyclean.com/paintdecontamination, understand the risks associated with Iron Decontamination, and will assume full responsibility for potential damage that may occur.

d) It is the customer's responsibility to inform SSC if they do not want this service.

4. Clay Bar Treatment

a) Not recommended for vehicles that are wrapped, ceramic coated, or graphene coated due to the risk of damage to the material and applicant.

b) SSC is not liable for any scratches, marring, or other surface imperfections that may result from the clay bar process.

(d) It is the customer's responsibility to inform SSC whether the vehicle to be detailed is wrapped, or has a protective coating on it.

5. Ozone Treatment Disclaimer

a) Health & Safety: Ozone gas may cause temporary respiratory irritation. Customers should air out the vehicle for 30 minutes to 2 hours after treatment.

b) Effectiveness: Ozone treatment reduces odors but may not eliminate all odors if the source is not addressed.

c) Material Sensitivity: Prolonged ozone exposure may damage rubber, leather, or vinyl. While SSC minimizes exposure risks, we are not responsible for unexpected material damage.

d) Liability Waiver: By opting for ozone treatment, customers release SSC from liability for health effects, material damage, or incomplete odor removal.

e) Post-Treatment Care: Allow the vehicle to air out for up to 24 hours. If the vehicle must be used sooner, crack the windows for ventilation.
