📌 Cancellation Policy

At Snyder’s Squeaky Clean LLC, we strive to offer the best value to our members while maintaining fairness for all customers. This policy ensures that members receive their benefits without system abuse.

1️⃣ If cancelling after the first service but before the second, the first detail will be charged at the standard Gold Package rate of $350.

2️⃣ If cancelling after receiving the free Paint Correction service ($350 value), the member must complete at least 3 months to keep the discount. Otherwise, charges will revert to non-member pricing.

3️⃣ If a member cancels after receiving 1 Diamond Package ($650 value) + 1 Gold Package ($300 value), they must pay the missing $50 before cancellation is approved.

4️⃣ If cancelling after 3 or more services, completed services will be charged at the discounted rate of $300 per service, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

5️⃣ For full-season prepay members who cancel, the refund will be calculated at non-member rates ($350 per Gold Package), and the 5% discount will be removed from the refunded amount.

💎 Monthly

Cost: $300 per month.
Service: 1 Gold Package Service monthly (Premium Interior & Exterior Detail – $350 value).
- 1 Free Paint Correction per year ($350 value).
Flexible Enrollment: Members can join at any time throughout the year. There’s no mandatory 4-week (one-month) waiting period between services.
- Ex: You can schedule a detail on May 31st and another on June 1st if you’d like.
3 Month Commitment: Initial payment requirement of 3 months upfront ($900) for Monthly Members

💎 Seasonal

Full-Season Payment Discount: Pay for the full 7-month season upfront and receive a 5% discount (total cost: $1,995 instead of $2,100).

Members can add as many vehicles as they wish to their account, but only one vehicle per month can receive service.

Schedule Your First Service
- Choose the date and time for your initial service.
- Fill out your details and proceed with payment.
Booking Future Appointments (Optional)
- You can book future appointments now or at a later time.
- To book additional services now, click “Book Another Service.”
- Select “Future Member Appointment” (with or without Paint Correction).
Complete Required Forms
- After booking your appointments, please fill out the Pre-Service Questionnaire and the Member Form.
